  • Built channel concept and tailored content pillars for each target segment
  • Scripted and participated in filming, production, and editing
  • Monitored performance to optimize storytelling and formats

Based on the founder’s personal style and audience insights favoring elegant, natural beauty, the brand was repositioned as a “Parisian Beauty Center”


=> A key content series, “60 Days of Transformation into a Parisian Beauty Center,” was launched alongside content on beauty philosophy, services, and products.

Results:

  • Produced nearly 100 TikTok videos end-to-end
  • Grew the channel to 3,000 followers in under 4 months (from zero)
  • Viral videos generated strong conversions for both service and training segments
